Well...it's finished - the under the sea quilt for my DS and DDIL's first baby - ETA 3 weeks - we don't know if it's a boy or girl - so the suspense is killing me. Have already booked my ticket to go see them in May. This was a big challenge to myself - designed it and hand appliqued all. Thanks for the nice words..here are the closeups. And the eyes are painted with craft paint - then heat sealed with an iron.
