Love them. If your going to have them hand quilted muslin show of the stiches much better, I just got one back that was hand quilted and it looks great.

The "recipe" I have came from a quilt restorer. It is 1 cup of Biz and 2 tablespoons of clear palmolive hand dishwashing soap disolved in a washing machine filled with warm water. It may need to soak for a day or so and water will get really gross. This will remove stains from body oil that has aged and turned brown as well as other stains.
rinse very gently and dry the same way.

Soak them separately in room temp water with a few drops of dishwashing soap overnight to hydrate them - that makes the fibers stronger.
Next day wash then with quite warm water and a plain detergent without additives, you decide by hand or in the washing machine. Dry in on a line or in the dryer on cool or room temperature. DON'T USE HOT! It sets the stains.
Inspect the stains. If they are lighter you are doing the right thing...try again. If they are the same, ask for advice here!
Because, if they are organic, like dried cat pee, the treatment is different from that for oil or grease .

Try soaking the quilt top in BIZ. It's great for taking out yellow stains.
