What a blessing to find a hobby (passion) that you can share! Great quilt!

How much fun for both of you. My late husband was my greatest cheerleader but he never sewed. I was making a quilt for our youngest DGD and he loved it so much. He told my DIL it was a " museum piece". I had to feel him in on that. Lol

That's a gorgeous quilt and he did a fantastic job. My hubby is home right now, has been since November and it looks like he will be for quite a few more weeks due to an illness and I was joking that he should help me use up my stash and make a quilt. If he did such a good job, I'd be out of a job making quilts for family members.

I don't think I want to try him. He might take over my machine. He already wants to learn to reupholster vehicle seats, so he wants to use a sewing machine.

He did an awesome job. I love the fabrics. What is the name of the pattern?? You just might have to start sharing your quilting studio with him.

It is called Rec Tangled by Black Cat Creations. I have no problem sharing the studio with him. He has a great eye for matching fabrics even though he's color blind, go figure. He had already been hanging out in there with me asking questions.
