I hope so Jaynie, they both seemed to really like it, and snuggled up under it as soon as it was unwrapped, thanks :D

I used freezer paper CRH, really easy just turned the edge over and stuck it to the sticky side of the paper, then pinned to backing fabric stitched right round close to edge with straight stitch then cut backing away and pulled out the paper tah dah!! If you are careful you can reuse the paper and the cut out backing in other blocks to no wastage :D

Thanks! I was just wondering how you got them so perfectly round, since I KNOW that isn't easy. Just beautiful!!

I use a travel iron and a piece of plywood over my ironing board to give a really firm surface, you can mold the edge of the fabric over the freezer paper with the tip of the iron to get a really smooth sharp edge to the fabric, once you have done a couple you can really turn them out, I wouldn't do them any other way now!! :D

Thanks Jams buying, the label took me AGES...as I traced the words onto fabric, bonded steam a seam to the back which acted as a stabilizer, then used a stretch stitch on my machine to go over and over the writing....I must master the embroidery facility on my machine SOON!!

You can see it abit clearer on this picture
