    It is a beautiful quilt. I, too, would narrow up the light border and add a dark border to hold the quilt together more.

    YEe, I agree... that's what I'd do, too. This is just a gorgeous quilt any way you cut it! I don't blame your kids for wanting this beautiful fabric in their wedding quilt. I know your DD & DSIL will love & treasure it for years & years to come

    It is a fabulous quilt and the border size works well with the size of the quilt. IMHO a narrower border would look scimpy on this stunning work. Excited to see it finished.
