The first choice. Bargello quilts are busy, so you want a simple border so you concentrate on the center of the quilt.
A simple border is like a mat on a picture, contains your eye on the quilt pattern. It does not take away from the quilt it self.

I like the simple first border the best. I wouldn't put anything to fussy that would take away from the bargello work that is so pretty.

like the first much better. simple for bargello is the way to go but you will recive many ideas.

I prefer 1 - 2 - 4. Out of those three I prefer 1 & 4. Out of those two I prefer 4, I think. Or do I prefer 1? Oh well, it's 1 or 4. Do an eenie meenie minnie moe.
