Whay a lovely quilt and a heart warming story. Thank you so very much for posting and sharing this with all of us. My husband said his favorite block is the lower left one. I just love'em all! I can't decide! :-D

Reading about how you have worked out a way to keep your mother involved puts me in mind of Ami Simms. Do you know her? Her mother had Alzh. and Ami blogged extensively about her until her death recently. If you go to amisimms.com or AAQI.com you can read about her work raising awareness for Alzh and raising money to donate to studies of the awful disease.

What a beautiful quilt and I am glad she has something she can do to fill her hours. I think its lovely that your helping her help you.. a gift to both of you.
