Great find, you did good. I love looking at sewing machines in thrift stores, etc. Wished I had a room just for all of them..LOL

Lucky mom. What a great machine. Only us old chicks appreciate vintage/old machines. They do have a beauty to them. Great find.

I have had my Kenmore for 50 years and it is still running. I Thought I would purchase a new Singer machine and have had nothing but trouble since. I went back to my "good ole reliable Kenmore"

I am on my second Kenmore and I really like them. Used to get Singers all the way back to my mom's treadle, but they just don't make them as good any more.
