Mine too!

Sewnserge: What do you use to cut the plexiglass?
When I make plexiglass templates, I use my Hubby's table saw. I tape both sides with masking tape to cut down on frayed edges and to keep plexiglass "sawdust" from flying through the air. I also wear a face mask, cause I have asthma - don't want those fine plexiglass particles in my lungs. I cut a little bigger than I want the finished product to be. Then it is off to the grinder that smooths the edges and fine tunes the size. If you have a wet stone for sharpening knives that kelps smooth it out too.

Plexiglass templates! Amazing idea![/quote]

What kind of blade do you use in your table saw? There are several different blade attachments, do use a fine tooth blade?

Yup - very fine. Once when he didn't have the table saw set up, and I was too impatient to wait, I used my water fed stained glass ring blade saw. That worked well too. Remember that saying? "Necessity is the mother of invention." I imagine if you had a wet tile saw, you could use that too, as long as there were no curves involved.
