I kind of like the look it has with how you have it pictured. Do a narrow dark brown border and a lighter brown or tan then bind with the stripe fabrice. Binding with a bias binding would look awesome. Anxious to see what you decide!

I like the quilt a lot! There are so many possible combinations for the border. I like the idea of a narrow dark brown, then a wider red orange and make bias binding with the stripe. Any way you do it, it's going to look great!

Red/Orange for the outter border, perhaps the dark color for a thin inner border and the stripe fabric cut on the bias for the binding. Cute quilt!
