    Jan they are both beautiful!! I think I am favoring the Dog quilt......this one is just tooooooo cute :-)But you did a wonderful job on both!!! :-)

    Thanks everyone-just noticed I'm holding the pink one upside down LOL.

    Dglvr: The dog blocks are 6 inch squares, fussy-cut. I never realized how much fabric is wasted when you do that.

    The fabric they sent wasn't great to work with-the edges frayed a lot; some pieces I had to topstitch after piecing but it's still a fun cause to work with.

    They are both cute. I love them both, but I love the way you added the bandana as a border in the dog quilt!

    Both quilts are very nice!! Such a great cause and sew fulfilling to make quilts for. Your dog quilt is adorable.

    Hi Jan- Your quilts are both great lookin and will bring lots of comfort to kids in hospital.

    i know Linda, who runs Quilts for Kids, and she is a terrific person who really appreciates how much time and effort it takes to make a quilt. They are pushing for 10,000 quilts to be delivered to hospitalized kids thru the Downy promotion and I think they are getting very close to goal.

    Bless you for helping a child in need.
