    Wonky Stars

This is a quilt I gave to my sister-in-law when she was recovering from surgery. I thought the quilting turned out rather well. Those wonky stars are addicting and I still have a drawer full.

The colors are off since one was taken indoors and one outside.

I really like your wonky stars. What a great quilt. The hourglass blocks are a good choice for the alternate blocks- such a thoughtful gift.

I like wonky stars so I can say, when I mess up, that it's supposed to be that way...
Whatever the true colors are, this is beautiful!

I love your wonky stars...I've been making stars, too, out of leftover HST's and am stuck on how I should put the blocks together. Your hourglass blocks are a wonderful pairing with them.

It's a beautiful quilt! The quilting is fantastic. You should be very pleased with how it turned out. I'll bet your sister-in-law will treasure your kindness and skill.
