    "woodsie" quilt

    I just finished a quilt for our neighbors, who really enjoy the out-of-doors. He's a deer hunter, and I tried to incorporate deer antlers into the quilting. The close-up shows that if you look really hard!

    This pattern was taken from a post by someone else (before the switch, and I've lost my bookmarks, so I can't give that person credit, ) It was VERY frustrating deciding on the quilting pattern for this one!

    very cool! i love it!!! the colors are great, the design is great & i didn't have to look too hard to see the antlers-
    great job- i wish i was your neighbor

    No, this was not hand quilted. I did FMQ on my Janome Horizon 7700.

    I have seen that pattern someplace before in Blues I think. I love your version of it. Your neighbors will be very happy to receive such a wonderful gift.
