    This month I have been working on the woven background technique for smaller pieces. This is an easy way to do different foundations for applique or art quilts. Moosegirl

    Lovely quilts & great idea. I've done this with paper before, but didn't think to try it with fabric.

    I have not seen this before, it makes a beautiful background. Do you weave strips and then sew them down?
