Good for you! I think that it is great that you have such a functional work space and didn't have to spend any $$ for it. We can't all afford high end furniture, etc., so just enjoy your space and get creative!

Good for you. It all looks very sturdy. You won't have to worry about them caving from weight. Great ideas. I have a new sewing room. Our oldest Granddaughter was living with us for about 8 years and when she moved out, this past March, I grabbed the room. It is our largest room with two big closets. I put in kitchen cabinets with bases and 90" countertop. It is all I need it to be.

Fantastic...... I know having family come live with you is a blessing and a curse. And, I always feel a weight lifted once I'm back with 'my' family in 'my' house. I've have several family live with us and thankfully, we all survived and look back on it with smiles. .... and you now have such a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy your quilting. And, I love your machine...... very cool.

So glad that you have your sewing room back with some nice, wonderful improvements. It's amazing sometimes what men can do when you present them with a challenge.
