I am working on a similar quilt but rather than picking a fabric for each day, I picked kind of plain fabric and I am actually doing the journaling on the quilt itself. I keep a journal with the thing I want to write about for each day, then I go back about once a week and write a bunch of blocks so I have one for each day, when i am done I will sew them up into a quilt. I have blogged about it if you want to see (link in siggy). I love the idea of choosing a fabric for each day too!! hmmmm maybe I'll try that one next year! :)

Wow, I've never heard of those kinds of quilts. The hexagon one looks like it took a long time to make. Very nice!
