We have a group of zentanglers here, I have done some. Used to do it in lecture classes in college-doodling. Who knew it would become a real art. The group here uses a lot of different mediums, paper, cloth, ceramics, etc.

I have never seen this before. It is great and looks like something I should try. Any tips?

The 22nd Anniversary Issue of the Quilter magazine had an article on zen quilts. Looks like fun. Im going to try it.

I used to doodle similar to the examples on this page but had no idea it was known as 'zen tangling' or 'zen doodling'! Have not done this in a while. Nice pics everyone!

I needed a luggage tag sooooo, naturaly I made one...Do you all remember "Shrinky Dinks" ? Well, they now sell it to go through the printer, white sheets...anyhoo....I used a piece and "zendoodled" a design, then shrunk it.....then clear coated it...I layed the spray on a little heavy so the thick black lines would "bleed" and give a little color...I really like the way it turned out...
