I can't believe what I just found. I was so inspired by you all that I went through my huge crate of tiny scraps, ironed it all, sorted into colours and into small plastic boxes. Then decided to put them with the larger plasic boxes that have my larger pieces in. This is when I had my "Oh My God" moment. I have sooooo much fabric. It felt a bit like Christmas, all this lovely fabric that I had forgotten I had. But I also realised just how much I DO NOT NEED TO VISIT A FABRIC SHOP for the rest of my life.

I know how you feel -- and I still buy more
that is great, now you know what fabrics you have, have fun quilting!
Wow you are lucky. I have a small stash, but I make do with what I have. I usually only buy fabric for what I am working on, but I save my scraps that are big enough to use elsewhere.
Same here but I went ahead and bought some fabric yesterday. :)
I know how you feel, but isn't it fun just to go into your sewing room and feel the material? :D
I know how you are feelin'. I am packing up our house to move, and I have been organizing my fabric as I pack. OMG.....my DSIL, told me I had enough fabric for a small quilt shop, but now that I am working on it, probably more like a shopw the about 500 bolts.
I only "try" to purchase when I am working on something, but like I've said, you can't habe to much fabric....can you??? |
You are not alone! I vacillate between feeling guilty and then telling myself I could have a worse addiction hahaha
No....No.....No.....you still need to visit the fabric shops.
If you have had it longer then a day...there are new fabrics to buy. |
Lynn, you are soooo bad!! :D
