Can not get "printable version" to work

How do I get the printable version to work or show up? What do I do to get this???

Easiest way is to click on "Thread Tools" right above what you want to print, then click on "show printable version". Then click your print button on your browser's toolbar.

if you have problems with it once you bring up the printable version please send me an email describing the problem in detail. that way if i need to consult tech support i know what to tell them.
