If I'm on the E-Mail site things is in numerical order. When I'm logged every thing is last to first . When reading you are reading the replies before you see the question just wondered.
go to Settings at the top right where you sign in. scroll down to General Settings... scroll again to Thread Display Options and you can set it the way you like it. HTH
