How to post to the Daily Digest?

How to post to the Daily Digest?
How do I post a new thread to the Daily Digest instead of to the Main? I would like to be able to track answers to my query without having to search through the Main to find my earlier post.

the digests are just a smattering of topic titles selected by a software routine.
we cannot change the lists.
there are two ways to track only your own posts.
1 - subscribe to them
2 - go to "My Profile" and follow the links to your recent posts or threads.

Well I guess I can add that to all the reasons I find the "new" board so lacking. Now I find I'm missing 2/3 or more of all the posts..
It's totally overwhelming to read it through the Main.
