Picture issues

This is strange, I'm not getting a red x. I can view the photos in the gallery. It isn't set up like before, but there are plenty of quilt pics there.

This is what I did.
1. Clicked POST NEW THREAD.
2. Printed my message.
3. Scrolled down to MANAGE ATTACHMENTS. Clicked it. This opened a new window.
4 In new window saw UPLOAD FILES FROM YOUR COMPUTER.
5. Clicked BROWSE. Found my pic and opened it.
6. Clicked UPLOAD.
7. Waited about 1/2 minute.
8. Underneath the UPLOAD FILES FROM A WEBSITE, saw new area called CURRENT ATTACHMENTS with my pic name.
REMEMBER.......YOU MAY HAVE TO WAIT A BIT FOR THE PIC TO ATTACH.
Hope this helps. E-mail me if you are having trouble.

I've been reading all the posts, but another problem I'm having is the icons are not active. I have gone into my settings to see if there was anything there that could change them and haven't found anything. Can someone comment on this? Thank you in advance. I believe several people are having this issue. I'm thinkin that once this is corrected, the photos will upload.

Here is how to resize your pics. Once you have the right size, then uploading is easy, just Like Ranger explained.
1. open your picture up
2. right click, then click edit
3. will open in the paint program
4. click on image (the top toolbar)
5. click on stretch/skew
6. you will see 2 sections, one for stretch and one for skew
7. under the stretch, change the percentages to 50% each and click ok,
8. Repeat steps 4-7 again.
9. then click file, save as, type in a name, make sure it says jpeg and voila! smaller pics

I don't know how I got there, but I used this link and it took me to all the forums. (Still feeling my way around.)
