Very pretty, granny2cc! Did you bind it in the same blue?

It looks like I will not be able to get back to quilting in time for a May finish; at least I am able to do some cutting and piecing, which seem to be less hard on the back than quilting.

Another UFO done...
Finally finished the binding on this one! Took me forever to get it quilted, then forever to start the binding. Glad it's done. Some 2 1/2" squares from the birthday swap and then set them with the "Storm at Sea" setting.

Very pretty Jaba. What kind of machine do you have for the quilting?

Very nice Jaba, I like the use of the neutral diamonds with the colorful pieced squares.

Awesome quilt, Jaba. The lattice really sets it off.

Thank you everyone, I am happy with the way it turned out. Anoka Quilter this one went on the HQ16, I love my mid arm! No computer except me I just cringe at that $8000 to get one!

Thanks Lisa, I used the black fabric for binding and it gave it a lovely finished look.

Pretty quilts granny2cc and Jaba!

I've got 3 on the go that I'm handquilting now, with any luck I'll have one done by the end of the month. It's been really hot here, averaging over 40C daily, 48C on Sunday (that's 118F). So I'm staying inside with the AC ON
