At first I thought the circles were maybe to document the full moon. Then I realized they were probably row markers. 😆

Rather than start each row on the 1st, I took it apart and restarted with my birthdate, so the dots are the months, but I haven't decided how to mark them. Buttons maybe but I sold all my gallons last year, so I'm just thinking. But I thought maybe start the quilting with curving parallel rows to empathize that row of blocks.

Not worrying about month rows also gave me the opportunity to make the rows even

I started our anniversary month one yesterday. Wildly different from this one. I thought it would be easier, but I also want on point and 40"-ish square. My brain is fried.
