Quossom, the food fabrics you used look wonderful in this quilt. I can imagine how pleased the recipients were!

Great finish, Quossom! I should have a few to add to the August tally this week. K & I have discussed how to finish about 4 of the UFO tops we found, and 3 are nearly complete. The 4th top may join the other completions. We work on them until 1 of us makes some silly remark & we just laugh too hard to continue.

Fun quilt, Quossom. A good use of all of those brilliant foods and Thangles. Doesn't it feel terrific to check that one off the list and to gift it to some one who will enjoy the fun of it.

what a great story! Agreed - love the border - really makes it pop. And don't tell me 2007 needs a new machine - I have one (new to.me) and runs.like a top. Maybe yours just needs a trip to the spa?
good luck w your list! Keep up the beautiful work.

I have a finish to add to the August count! Finally completed the binding on this quilt, pieced in 2014 and quilted at the beginning of the year. (Actually, I'm jumping the gun a bit, as I still have to wash it, which I plan to do in the morning.)

K & I finished another UFO today, making 3 this week. We started another, which needed some reconstruction done to it. Not sure if we'll manage to finish it by Aug. 31 or not. Our total completions for August is 6. As I think Rf110 said in an earlier post, the easier ones were done in June or July. Now the tops take more work to finish them. Pictures should come tomorrow, I hope.
