Default Big Butterly

Hey y'all, here it a picture of the Big Butterfly.

It was a UFO for a good long while and then this past spring I decided to finish it. What I thought was going to be a March or April finish ended up taking until Nov. 30---and not because I wasn't working on it. I lost many battles with it, but finally, I think, I won the war

Thanks for looking,
Rob

Oh my *gosh* Rob, that's amazing!!! When you said 'Big Butterfly' I never dreamed it would be so super-realistic! I absolutely love the quilting - it looks kind of like a Ginko leaf? It's really art. Wow.

*gasp*

I think you've out done yourself, Rob! Words seem inadequate.

Thanks y'all. This is the only quilt that I've ever considered giving up on. Glad I didn't.

Wow, Rob! That looks absolutely fantastic!! Do you plan to display it? Or are you just still so glad to have it done you haven't moved on to the 'and now it goes...' stage yet, lol. Anyway, you should feel very proud of yourself.
