Bugaroo- I love orb weaver spiders , they make such beautiful webs. Yours turned out great!
Oksewglad, congratulations on the finishes. I especially like the red white and blue one and the way you quilted it.
Belfrybat- great way to store strips.
I’m in the middle of quilting a UFO that I hope to finish before the end of the month.

Oksewglad....love love love the patriotic finish...cool quilting, too. And Sis's UFO is darling.
Bugaroo...goodness... The spider quilt is so unique and creative. Turned out fabulous. Your tote is awesome. Loving the parrot fabric..
Looking forward to seeing your finish, Rob..
I made a table runner today...applique and hand embroidery on toweling. Just a fun colorful project to lift me up from the Browns of the wildlife quilt WIP. Can't stay in brown for long..lol..

Fun finishes all around...love the spider one...when I see a spider in the house I leave it...it's finding something to eat (like little gnats and flies) In warmer weather I set them outdoors.
Sweet little towel, Teen. I'm hankering to do something that says spring...tired of snowmen here.
Belfry if I can tell, your hanger is one of those coated ones...strips won't fall off easily, right?

oksewglad: Awesome finishes. Congratulations!
Bugaroo: Very nice tote bag. I like your spider quilt too but, unlike oksewglad, I dispose of spiders. Just this morning, I went to take my coffee cup from my coffee maker and a spider was on the handle. Yuck. It gave me the shivers. The strange part is I had only set the cup there a few minutes before. I saw part of a web too. Bye-bye spider.
Teen: Adorable runner.

Thanks to Teen and Bugaroo we are up to 20, so the end is in slight! Back to the sewing machine for me.

Oksewglad and bugaroo, very nice finished projects. The rwb quilt is very nice, I may just need to borrow the pattern. The spider project is scary perfect. I know a niece who would like the pattern made into a fill size quilt. No I have another quilt in the works for her right now. My goal to have that completed in 2 weeks. Yes, it’s a UFO. Enjoy sewing/quilting.

Belfrybat, I am going to copy your storage/organization idea for 2.5 strips of left over material. So smart!!
Teen - Love your simple runner of vase and flowers. I agree it is spring or summer wishes!!
Retiredteacher09 - I was also a teacher and one day leaving school, a spider on the wind blew on to my hand. Bit me between thumb and finger. SO SO SO SO painful. I ended up at hospital. They drew a circle to see if red streaks spread (they did not) but they told me that spider bites are one of the most painful experiences. I slept with ice all night to numb the pain. So I love to look at them but they must keep their distance.
