I just dashed over to Feathered Friends and can only say Wow!. What a beautiful effort and now finish.

Because of VQW this past weekend I finally got some sewing done. I finished my orange butterfly block. I did more unsewing than sewing but I got the 36 blocks that I need for the throw. Maybe I can find some creams around here to make a couple borders/ we will see

Cherrybsixty, I saw your posts on the VQW and Yeah!!!. Good work and on to the next project. Don't you just love having a dedicated weekend to focus on accomplishing a quilting task or two.

Thanks Rob and WMUT, for the encouraging words and yes, I really do love VQW. And I am continuing to work on both of my quilting projects and my hand embroidery work. It feels good being motivated like this now they are WIP's
