Carol, I'm in kind of the opposite situation -- regretting my overly deep magenta and envying the lighter, brighter ones. I think my quilt is going to have a heavy look because of it. But I really love yours, especially seeing that you have some brighter greens in there. I think it looks beautiful. As for the yellows, I think both work, but my preference would be for the toned down one.

Carol, I think the pinks with the 4 patch centers definitely give more lightness and life to your quilt. Both ways are pretty, but the first one sparkles a lot more.

I like the brighter yellow too, especially if you go with the pinks.

me too. that is a great fabric for the magenta, I like the yellow in the lower left block.
Love how our differences make us the same

I have to un-sew. Only 6 shortish seams, but when that happens i leave it until morning. Somehow things unstitch a lot faster early on!

Here is my top... I am done! For only 9 blocks, this is HUGE. A very large throw.

I had planned to donate this, but it's kind of grown on me. Might have to keep it for now.

Carol, I like your pinks too. It looks light and springlike. But if you want a more subdued look, the dark green is nice too!

SBG, yours looks great! I like your solid green border, nice frame. Your colors are awesome.

Love all the final blocks that I am seeing. Still sewing to get mine together. Hopefully another day or two and then I can see what it really is going to look like
