ibex94 and Woodland Creature, I really like the Strippy Stars quilt pattern from My Carolina Home.. Since it only used half of the jelly roll, I will likely use the other half plus some additional strips strips from my stash to make another. It is only 42 square, so i may play around with it to make it larger for an adult or teen. We shall see. Not right away. My "To Do List" is full at the moment.

I kept a copy of that pattern for my bucket list. It is great to see you knocking it out so quickly. One day I will have time..... In the meantime, I drool over all the posted quilts on this board.

WMUTeach, very pretty helper and baby quilt. I kept the pattern too.
well I cut out my 2 mysteries - all from stash. Hopefully the tops will be done within a few months. The second mystery QAL is this Saturday via zoom. When I get the tops done I will post pics. Both will be enlarged king size.

I have been at a quilt retreat all week-end and yes, yes, yes, I took only two projects and one was never touched. I used a layer cake plus some white yardage from my stash to create a "rolling stones" quilt top. A little bit more than half done. Lots of little triangles, more than I thought but I will be a good one for a gift for later this year. I am using a pattern from Jordan Fabrics, Rolling Stones I will post a photo when it is finished. Likely a week or two. A busy week and week-end coming and a trip out of state to see my daughter. Yeah!!

Taking a break from learning to longarm to do a few quick projects for myself -- and then longarming them. Still need binding, but I'll do that tonight.
OK - they are small (32x 32) and (32 x 38) - but its ALL stash and scrap fabrics -- and will move into Project Linus this weekend where they will also function as marketing. Also pulled enough scrap black, white and grey for another quick "squares" project -- hopefully bigger.
Never underestimate the value of a quick project. So very- very satisfying.

Hello after a long time.
I have done almost no sewing and quilting for the last two years, but I am happy to get back to it. Usually when I get to work, that is the moment I fall off the wagon, but not this time. Here comes unexpected joy: I am about to bring out all my sewing and quilting supplies and re-organize them. Since I almost forgot what I have, digging through the stash will be almost as much fun as browsing and shopping for new materials. All cost- and guilt-free. I will be posting about what is going on in my life in generał, what I am working currently on etc. Happy to be back here.
