On quilt cam Bonnie said that the pressing is not critical on these blocks and that to not try and swirl the centers. Her HSTs were pressed to the dark and then the 4-patches were pressed Way from the HST as best you can. Still has a bit of a lump in the center. Hope this helps

Done! When I laid this out wasn't to concerned about like going next to light. Doubt very much that they will be next to each other in the final quilt. Used five different fabrics for both the pink and the aqua. I think it's enough to give a kind of controlled scrappy vibe.

You don't need Facebook to see all of the photos that people are linking up to Bonnie's blog page. See them all here:

You do need and account w/ Flicker, Pinterest or your own blog if you want to post your own progress on Bonnie's site.
I'm still gathering fabric-and waffling between pinks or reds.

There is one picture where someone used green instead of pink with the blue. Wonder what she will use when it's time to do green! Fun.

Love seeing everyone's pictures! The more I see the more I want to join in. I'm covered in homemade starch goo and flannel fuzz at the moment. One rag quilt done and two more to go before Christmas. I'm saving the clues as they come out for future reference.
