A scrappy UFO using previously cut 9 inch squares. I see that one row is sewn on wrong(right white should be on left). Oh, well! I will donate this quilt top to my church group to finish for a charity quilt.

peckspieces- Your quilts are wonderful. I love your applique and well..... they are so nice. I'd love that Santa quilt. I keep thinking I'll make one but haven't done it yet.

retiredteacher09- mistake or not, your quilt is done!! Love that done feeling. And whoever gets it will love the warmth and caring that went into it. Yeah!!

Drum roll please!! We had 20 UFO completions for the month of June, which brings our total so far for the year 165!!! We are doing an excellent job of beating back the UFOs, even if I do say so myself. I'm anxious to see all the lovely quilts that are yet to come.

I guess I'm starting of July. This was a quilt that one of my best friend's father did years ago (the colors, was that the 80's?). He did a lot of hand sewing on it, finished the top and then it got buried somewhere in his things. They came across it when he passed away. I quilted and bound it to give to her when she comes to visit this weekend. Yes, I'm the one that has been complaining about prairie points here on the Board! I had to pin them down to keep them out of the way and got completely scratched up from the pins. My blood actually went into this project!
