Sorry, UFO'ers...I've been awol with serious connection problems. Finally, the ISP agreed "maybe" the problem is their equipment so they're coming out on Thursday. Hope to have a resolution soon! I shall return...

I have 2 more done, they just needed the hand binding part. That's what takes the time don't you think? or at least for me. Will take pics tomorrow and show and tell :)

I finished a UFO top over the weekend, but still need to get it quilting/bound. I am hoping by the end of May it will be finished...I have one other quilt and a binding to do first....

I have some binding projects in a pile that will net me a few UFOs when I get them done (today, I hope). But in the meantime, I did finish one UFO recently. It's not an old one, but it did spend the required amount of time aging in my closet to become a UFO :)

This quilt is for Quilts of Valour (Canada).

Here's my QAYG table topper. Has been sitting around since October waiting for me to fix areas where the joining strips on the back didn't get properly stitched down which I had to do by hand. First pic is the back and the second is the front. It's large enough to cover the top of my banquet sized dining table.

Oops, that wasn't the finished photos

OOPS, I accidentally uploaded the pics from before it was bound. Duh.

Okay, here are photos after it was bound, they don't show the whole piece, but you get the idea LOL!

It's 43" wide and 83" long. First one if the front and the second one is the back.

Rryder, what a lovely table topper. I have never done a QAYG, but I want to. Love the pattern. Did you design that yourself? Congrats on your April finish.

Thanks Anoka,
Yes, I designed it to fit the table and used scraps for the string blocks on the front. The back was made using a variety of larger scraps from my stash. The borders on front and back and also the binding came from my stash, but were yardage, not scraps.
