STEP 8 24 3 ½” HST’s of your PRIMARY and BACKGROUND colors 24 3 ½” PRIMARY squares 24 3 ½” BACKGROUND squares Each block uses 3 HST’s, 3 background squares and 3 primarysquares. Sew a split nine-patch unit measuring 9 ½” unfinished.Sew 8 of these units. |

Step 8 completed. Looking like the home stretch...and that is what I need a design wall stretcher. Lol. I took the center and outside middles down...hope I have them all marked week enough to return to right place. :)

108 3 1/2" BACKGROUD squares. Sew a nine patch unit measuring 9 1/2" unfinished. Sew 12 of these blocks. These will make the corners of your awesome Giant Scrappy Swoon. Finish your wonderful quilts and share your pictures! |

Looks pretty so far, Janice. Mine is also about half quilted. Had to put it aside to piece some charity tops. Will get back on it soon and finish up.
