Thank you for such lovely comments... My dad always said I was like a race horse. Lol... Sorry to say, I could not start the quilting on Santa today. There is a buyer scheduled to come see our home and would have been a pain to pull out and put away, clean up etc... I'll just have to squeeze in some time each evening. I'll likely be packing up sewing room this week...dang...

I'm off and running.....miles of stitches before I rest...lol...

Yes Teen, he did. The jackdaw was just chasing him away.

I purchased the templates for Bakers Dozen. They're expensive but I thought......oh well........and went for it. They just arrived. I'm happy with them. Now to make the quilt :D :D

First BD block (or 1/4 of the center) is ready. No picture as I really need to iron it before showing :D :D I think I will make all 4 of them, sew them together and make the picture to show you.
But the weather will be really great tomorrow so no sewing.
