Thank you!! Went to use the recipe , was putting all together and discovered I had thrown out the cocoa apparently a while back. Had a triple choc cake mix in house tho. So I opened and used 8 tbsp of this complete w/ choco chips already in(surprise )and used your egg and liquids measurements. Came out perfect . Just put the open mix in a reseal bag for later use.

and what a wonderful way for excess chocolate cake! now gotta try that one.

When my grandchildren come, I will have to make these....Fresh cream whipped for topping would be wonderful too
