    Egg whites can be kept in the fridge for a couple of days. I store mine in the freezer with a washable marker on top of the container telling me how many egg whites are in there, but you can also use an old ice tray and freeze each one in it's own compartment. Just be sure to remove them and store them in a sealed container.
