Another Pork Chop marinade
For 4 boneless Pork chops
3 TBS Soy sauce
3 TBS brown sugar
2 TBS Ketchup
3/4 tsp powdered ginger
2 tsp minced garlic or 2 large cloves
2 tsp vinegar
2 TBS Veg. oil
Combine all ingredients (except pork chops) in Ziploc baggie, swish to dissolve sugar. Add pork chops, refrigerate 8-24 hours or marinate 30 min. at room temp. Heat grill to 400 degrees. Drain pork chops, reserving marinate. Pat meat dry with paper towels. Grill 2 min. on each side. Move the the meat to indirect heat, cover and grill for 10 min. or until cooked thoroughly. Combine marinade with 1/4 cup water in small saucepan, bring to a boil over high heat, simmer for 10 min. Spoon over pork chops.
