    Cut 1 stick real cold butter into 1 regular size envelope Betty Crocker oatmeal cookies mix in bowl until dry stuff is about pea size. Drain 29 oz can of peach slices. Put peaches in ungreased 8" baking pan. Spoon dry mixture on top and bake until top is golden brown 25 to 30 minutes at 375. Serve warm or cold. Frozen cherries or berries can be mixed with drained peaches. (not apple crisp, but very good)

    I did sprinkle some cinnamon, juice of half a lemon and some raisins over the apples before adding the cake mix and butter. This was gone in no time.
