This is just what I need to take with me to eat during Chemo. I need DH to get some applesauce.

Thank you for the recipe. I made it yesterday and I put dried apricots and apricot puree in it with some chopped nuts. YUUUUMMMM. It disappeared by lunch time??? Have to make two lots next time.
