    Yield: 4-6 Servings

    Ingredients
    1 bag prepared lettuce mix
    1-cup granola with raisins
    1 to 2 bananas, sliced
    1-cup strawberries, sliced
    1-cup blueberries
    1-cup mandarin orange slices
    1 cup toasted pecan halves
    Dressing:
    1-cup honey
    3/4 cup orange juice

    Preparation
1.Gently toss lettuce with fruits and nuts.
2.Stir honey and orange juice together until well mixed.
    3.Drizzle on salad and serve.

    Tip:
Place a little bit of lemon or pineapple juice on banana slices to keep them from turning brownish.

Once summer arrives in AZ that also sounds like a great dinner salad with a loaf of crusty bread.
