I have to let ya'll know that I made Moon Holiday's cheesecake recipe today. I've never made a cheesecake before and was a little unsure of myself but everything went well and it is so beautiful. Of course I haven't taken it out of the springform pan as yet. It tastes like absolute happiness. My husband has fallen in love with me all over again after 8 years.
