2 1/2 cups of graham wafer crumbs
3/4 cup of butter or margerine
2 tbsp of sugar
Mix graham wafer crumbs with melted butter and sugar.Press mixture into bottom of 9x13 pan and sides.(I put in fridge while making the filling)

3-8oz o cream cheese
5 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1 1/2 tsp of vanilla
Pinch of salt
Soften cream cheese and blend ,add beaten eggs, and beat well/add sugar, vanilla, and salt.Mix well then pour into prepared pan and bake at 300 or 35 min.Let Cool.

1 pt of sour cream
4 tbsp of sugar
1tsp of vanilla
Mix sour cream, sugar, and vnilla.Spread over cheesecake.bake at 400 for 5 min.Let cool. Then add any topping you like.I f you like it freezes good but without the toppings as the toppings make it soggy.

Ahhhhhhhh, this is GOOD. That translates to FANTATIC! I've put it in with my keepers. The only problem is that it didn't last long in my frig. Guess I"ll make more. Thanx for sharing. Sara

I agree with Sara, it never lasts long! But oh, how my taste buds relish the experience!

That sounds good. Love cheesecake with cherry pie filling on top.

I am trying to be good, but the Southern Living Pina Colada Cheesecake sure sounds tempting, and so does the Chocolate Truffle Cheesecake.

When are we getting a recipe section on this board?
