Magic Cookie Bars
Spray with Pam a 13 x 9 in pan or Pyrex dish.
Melt 1 stick butter or 1 stick margarine. Pour in pan and add 1 1/2 cups graham crackercrumbs crushed. Press down evenly.
Pour 1can Eagle Brand milk over all evenly. Sprinkle on 2 cups chocolate chips, 1 cup coconut and 1/2 cup chopped nuts.
Bake at 350° for 25 minutes for metal pan or at 325° for Pyrex dish or until golden brown.

Sounds yummy. I'm going to try them. My oldest sister is also named Darlene. She paints and does such beautiful work. Although she's the sister that taught me to sew, she doesn't stitch a lick.

Add the cream cheese and then roll into balls. Stick the balls in the freezer for awhile to get them nice and cold.

My SIL had these at her wedding... I bet I ate half the tray!
