    I make it similar to yours sassy granny, exception I don't add sugar. I chop walnuts or pecans to add a bit of crunch. I also use the no sugar added fruit cocktail and leave out the banana. It can be added when serving. I find that it gets all yucky when I don't eat the salad fast enough...yummmy...going for a bowl of it shortly. I love it.
