RJWilder ... Now there's a new one, adding in the meats! Before you said it, I had come here to mention flax too!



Anyone remember Red River Cereal??
It's also a hot porridge, with a mix of cracked wheat, rye and flax seeds. As a kid, I preferred it over oatmeal. Supposed to be still available here in Canada, but I haven't seen it in years. For anyone curious, here's the mix .....

I am always in awe at your recipes, ideas, and food choices. I have a hummingbird tongue, and eat only the basics. I dislike texture, and to me ketchup is a step on the wild side!
