Prepared mustard.
Chopped raw onion.
Mix with tomatoes and rice and top with mild chow chow (pickled cabbage)
one and two can be done together as can two and three, but I wouldn't do all three at once ;-)

Well I opened two cans, put in my Mom's old Hull casserole dish, added some molasses, brown sugar, ketchup, and mustard and heated in the oven. MUCH better. Next time I will add even more molasses.
They still needed salt but I was sharing with DH who has HBP, so I just added it to my plate.
