I have never used a recipe for chili. It's made by taste and preference of who is eating with me. LOL

Yes- this is a big batch, works for my household, DH thinks Chili should be a staple.
I knew you were from Iowa, as soon as I saw Mrs Grimes chili beans. That is all I have used forever.Where in Iowa are you? Glad the caucuses are over?
