I vote for trifle, or better yet, if you want the rota to change...take a frozen Pepperidge Farm Cake...plop some jelly beans on top...done!! Those PFarm cakes are just so yummy, though, they may leave you in the same spot on the rota!

How about the dessert that has a pretzel crust bottom, a cream cheese layer and then a strawberry jello with sliced strawberries in it on top? If you don't know the recipe, let me know and I'll dig it out! This is yummy and makes a 9x13 pan.

Also, just returned from my favorite thrift store. I bought a set of small egg shaped dishes that fit around a larger one. Maybe assorted fruits like strawberries, grapes, etc. with a sweet cream cheese - marshmallow fluff dip in the middle. Think that would work?

Strawberry shortcake made with either the little shell cakes, or using a sponge cake or angel food cake. Make up a batch of whipped cream and you're done!
