    Default Oppsie bread result

I made the bread today and I will not make it again, just not enough like any kind of bread to suit me. It is more like a sponge type thing. I have made buns with almond flour and those are bread and will make them again and again.
Just my comments on the results of baking today.

I was going to try them but haven't had the time, now I'm not sure if I will or not. The bread you make with the almond flour do they have carbs? I think the whole point of the oppsie bread is that is contains no carbs for those of us that are counting carbs.

I made the Oopsie bread. Is was ok and it worked on a sandwich. I didn't like the taste or texture. I won't be making it again.

Vat, http://www.elanaspantry.com/gluten-free-bread-20/ this site has gluten free breads that look just like bread. I have found that wheat and grains are what has made my knees hurt even after 5 replacements.
I did not like anything about the Oppsie items, tasted too much like egg, used cream of tarter and could taste that also.
I have to make myself some when life settles down for me. Always have almond flour, coconut oil and flax seeds on hand.
